要旨：
The thermal and zero-point motion in an organic molecular semiconductor crystal strongly modulates the transfer integrals in these van-der-Waals bonded solids and, together with a small band-width, produce an ideal example of off-diagonal disordered electronic systems. On high-purity Rubrene single crystals we study how electronic states are affected by off-diagonal disorder in terms of density-of-states and mobility edge position. In addition recent results on the extreme anisotropy of charge transport are discussed.
